Website visitors

When you join early access or contact us, we store the details you give us (name, work email, school, and your message) to reply to you and to tell you when campuses open. We use cookieless analytics, so we don't set tracking cookies.

Students

On behalf of each school, we process student names, email addresses, course progress, verified seat time, quiz results and the end-of-course attestation.

Proctoring

When a school turns on proctoring, face detection, not recognition, runs on the student's own device to confirm that one person is at the screen. Video is never streamed. Occasional small snapshots and an ID selfie are uploaded and kept private to the school's staff. By default they are deleted 180 days after the course is completed, and each school can choose between 30 and 730 days.
